These rules protect users, the service, and the providers that help operate it. They apply to the website, app, AI features, and support channels.

You may not
- 01Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
- 02Upload content you do not have permission to process
- 03Attempt to access another person’s account, device, or records
- 04Circumvent limits, security protections, or access controls
- 05Introduce malware or intentionally disrupt the service
- 06Automate excessive requests or scrape the service without written permission
- 07Use AI features to facilitate financial fraud, identity theft, harassment, or harmful activity

Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and limit access where reasonably necessary. Our response will consider severity, risk, repetition, and legal obligations. Serious conduct may be reported to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
