Manual transactions
Record income, expenses, and transfers with the date, category, account or payment method, and notes you want to keep.
Bank-free tracking
Pludo Ledger lets you build a personal finance record manually. Create the accounts and categories that make sense to you, record income, expenses, and transfers, then use budgets and reports to review the result. A bank connection is not required to begin.

Bank-free tracking means you enter and organize the records you want to keep instead of automatically importing transactions from a bank. This can suit people who use cash, want to track only selected accounts, or prefer to review each record themselves.
It does not mean Ledger is a bank or that it can verify balances at a financial institution. Your reports reflect the income, expenses, transfers, and opening balances you record.

Record income, expenses, and transfers with the date, category, account or payment method, and notes you want to keep.
Set budgets and savings or spending goals against the records you maintain.
Review balances, categories, trends, and recent activity from the records in your workspace.
Export a native backup (.lbx) any time, or turn on automatic Google Drive backup.
03
Plu can help prepare supported entries, answer questions about the context you select, and prepare receipt details for review. AI is optional: the same core tracking, budgeting, goal, recurring-payment, reporting, and export tools remain available manually.
When you invoke AI, the prompt, relevant context, and any receipt image you attach are sent for that request to Pludo Ledger’s authenticated AI service. Review AI-prepared records and conclusions before relying on them.

Core financial records begin in device storage by default. They can be lost if browser or app data is cleared, or if a device is lost without a current export. Create and protect backups of anything important. You can turn on automatic Google Drive backup in Settings so this happens without you having to remember.
Some optional features use online services, including authentication, AI processing, exchange-rate retrieval, notifications, and direct device transfer. Bank-free tracking is not a claim that every Ledger feature works offline.
Open Ledger and create the accounts, categories, and records you want to track.
