Delete or export your information.

Core records and online account information are handled differently. Follow the section that matches what you want to remove.

Before deleting anything

Export a backup from the app if you may need the records later. Deletion can be permanent, and clearing browser or app data may remove information that Pludo AI cannot restore.

Remove financial records from this device

  3. 03Use your browser or operating system controls to clear Pludo Ledger site data
  4. 04Remove downloaded backup files separately from the locations where you saved them

Request account deletion

Email admin@pludoai.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify control of the account. We will delete information we control unless retention is required for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or law.

AI provider copies

Requests sent to an AI provider are also governed by that provider’s retention settings and privacy terms. Deleting local chat history does not necessarily delete a copy already processed by an external provider.
