Cancellations and refunds.

Pludo Ledger does not currently offer a generally available paid subscription. This policy describes the baseline we plan to use when paid plans launch.

Before a purchase

The checkout screen will show the final price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, included features, and any trial or promotional conditions before you pay.

Cancellation

You will be able to cancel a recurring plan before its next renewal. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, access continues through the current paid period and the cancellation stops future renewals.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility can depend on purchase channel, location, elapsed time, service use, and applicable consumer law. Any rights provided by law remain unaffected. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be reviewed promptly.

For a billing request, contact admin@pludoai.com from the purchase email and include the date and transaction reference. Do not send full card details.

Marketplace purchases

If a future purchase is processed by an app store or marketplace, its billing and refund process may apply. The purchase screen will identify the seller and payment provider.
