Terms for using Pludo Ledger.
These terms form an agreement between you and Abdul Hajees, operating Pludo Ledger under the personal developer brand Pludo AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

What Pludo Ledger provides
Pludo Ledger provides tools for personal record-keeping, budgeting, reporting, and AI-assisted organization. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as the beta develops. We will aim to give reasonable notice when a material change affects paid access or user data.

Not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice
Pludo Ledger is an organizational tool. Its calculations, summaries, forecasts, and AI responses are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not professional advice, and the service is not a bank, accountant, financial adviser, broker, lender, or credit reporting service.
You remain responsible for checking records and making financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional when a decision requires professional judgment.

Your content and permission to process it
You keep ownership of information and files you submit. You give us and the providers needed to operate a requested feature a limited permission to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

- 02Do not probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls
- 03Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, fraud, or abusive material
- 04Do not access another person’s account or information without permission
- 05Do not misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice

Paid services
If paid plans become available, the price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, plan limits, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled and cancellation applies at the end of the current paid period.

Beta service and availability
The service is offered on an “as available” basis and may contain errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work on every device. Keep your own current backup of important records.

Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address serious or repeated violations, or discontinue the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export information.

Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Pludo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law determines the governing law, available remedies, and courts with authority unless a valid purchase agreement states otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
